As a Senior Recruiting Operations Specialist for Tenstorrent, you will be responsible for overseeing the candidate experience end-to-end, and directly managing all recruiting systems and tools. This person will play a significant role in everything from process creation and improvement to hiring manager communication, template and system setup and maintenance, and metrics tracking and reporting. Our goal is to make talent operations scalable and seamless, and to provide exceptional candidate and hiring team experience. We are open to remote or hybrid candidates for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Lever instance, including: Candidate creation and management, interview scheduling, process implementation, candidate and hiring team follow-up, job creation and updates, dispositioning, and other tasks as needed.
  • Manage and support implementation of talent team tools, including LinkedIn, and directly support tool integrations and support processes
  • Communicate directly with hiring teams and managers, “manage up” and make sure that processes that require human inputs function smoothly and on-time
  • Support automation of functions where appropriate, and develop templates and communications
  • Schedule interviews, internal meetings, follow ups
  • Support building out and dissemination reports for key stakeholders
  • Provide administrative support to recruiters and recruiting manager where appropriate
  • Build and maintain process documentation and hiring plans
  • Make recommendations to improve recruiting processes to help us operate more efficiently at scale

Expectations

  • Minimum 5+ years of total professional experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Minimum 3+ years in Coordination or Talent Operations - with a strong history of managing interview pipeline from start to finish
  • Strong ability to multitask, and excellent organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail coupled with a high level of accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with G-Suite - specifically excel/sheets
  • Experience with Lever/Greenhouse and Calendly or other scheduling tools
  • A proven track record of developing best practices, and recruitment coordination strategies
  • Proficient in analyzing data, presenting solutions, and making data-driven decisions

Location: We have presence in Toronto, Austin, Santa Clara, Portland, and Raleigh. We are open to remote candidates on a case by case basis.
