This is a new role to support our CEO, CTO and other executive members of Tenstorrent. Part of the role will be to ensure our offices are operating efficiently. If you are a seasoned executive assistant looking for a new and exciting opportunity - we'd love to hear from you!

Role overview:

    • Executive Support:
      • Manage the calendars of the CTO and CEO and other executive members; including but not limited to, scheduling meetings, using discretion to prioritize meetings and executive time.
      • Make travel arrangements for senior staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations. Submits expense reports and manages them through approval.
    • Office management for North American offices:
      • Maintain office, kitchen and basic equipment supply inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
      • Ensure operation of office equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
    • Other duties:
      • Assist with invoice payments and reconciliations.
      • Provides information by answering questions and requests.
      • Ad hoc administrative support for the Operations team.


    • Strong sense of personal responsibility, ingenuity, problem solving, accommodation of change, optimism and willingness to jump in to do what’s needed.
    • Over 5 years of experience in a similar front line role supporting multiple executives.
    • Advanced proficiency with MS office tools such as: Excel, Powerpoint, WORD, Adobe.
    • Proven ability to successfully manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proven ability to provide superior client service.
    • Preference for someone with sufficient technical savvy to set up video calls, solve basic technical problems, help trouble shoot executive-level technical issues and help manage issue through to closure.
